I have made a few recordings of my favorite and most meaningful piano melodies. There are clearly some technical errors (especially in the classical pieces). So, many of these are works in progress with new takes to come.
For piano, I record from my 88-key Fatar Studio 900 and Kurzweil PC2R through the M-Audio FireStudio 410 interface, right into Apple's Logic Pro Studio on my Mac desktop. Or I sometimes use software-based Garritan Steinway.
If you have visited before, I have removed all pre-2011 recordings, as I have developed a much better recording technique. At some point I will go back and re-record those pieces and place them back in the playlists.
As of 2019, I upgraded the Studio 900 to a Kawai MP11SE stage piano (which is a technological and sonic marvel).
For vocals, I use an AKG Perception 220 condenser.
