I have recently been making recordings of some of my favorite and most meaningful piano melodies, which I am happy to share. There are clearly some technical errors (especially in the classical pieces). So, many of these are works in progress with new takes to come.
For best results, listen to these recordings through good speakers or headphones.
For piano, I record from my 88-key Fatar Studio 900 and Kurzweil PC2R through the M-Audio FireStudio 410 interface, right into Apple's Logic Pro Studio on my Mac desktop. Or I sometimes use software-based Garritan Steinway.
If you have visited before, I have removed all pre-2011 recordings, as I have developed a much better recording technique. I will go back and re-record those pieces and place them back in the playlists.
I have also developed a much better playing technique which has made it easier to play classical, a focus of mine lately. I was able to tweak the touch sensitivity on the keyboard as well as the sound module when needed for a more "classical feel".
For vocals, I use an AKG Perception 220 condenser.
