Song Recital
- 1970-1974 I studied piano in Kranj,
Slovenia;
- 1979-1983 I studied voice and piano
with a famous slovenian mezzosoprano
Sabira Hajdarevic. She was
also the musical director of the
Octet singing madrigals of J.
Gallus and other "choir" pieces of
slovenian composers. I was singing
soprano and mezzosoprano parts and
we were performing in Yugoslavia
and later we were invited to
Copenhagen and Helsinki. In
addition, I studied music theory
and solfeggio with an
introduction to harmony and
counterpoint;
- 1984-1985 I studied voice with famous
slovenian soprano Irena Baar;
- 1997-2004 I enrolled in New England
Conservatory School of
Continuing Education by
taking voice lessons with
Johnatan Barnhart. At
the same time I participated
in Opera Studio and
Vocal Repertoire Performing
Seminar.
- 2004-present Studying voice with Janice Giampa and
coaching with Daniel Wyneken .

Continuing Education) that was led by Janice Giampa (chair

In Spring 2000 I participated in Vocal Repertoire
Performing Seminar at New England Conservatory's School
of Continuing Education that was given by Daniel
Wyneken. The seminar ended by a performance where I
sang the following songs:
